2. Client Responsibilities: As our valued client, you are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for project execution. You agree to collaborate with us throughout the project, responding promptly to queries, providing feedback, and granting access to necessary resources.
3. Fees and Payment: Our pricing structure will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of any project. Payment terms and schedules will also be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Fees are to be paid as per the agreed-upon terms.
4. Project Timelines: We will provide you with estimated project timelines based on the scope and complexity of the project. However, these timelines are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to minimize them.
5. Intellectual Property: Upon project completion and full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the work delivered by EquariTech Solutions. Any materials, designs, or code produced during the project will be transferred to you, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project. We will not disclose your project details to any third parties without your consent.
7. Revisions and Alterations: We will accommodate reasonable revisions and alterations as long as they fall within the scope of the original project agreement. Any additional work or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
8. Termination: Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. In case of termination, you will be billed for work completed up to that point, and any relevant intellectual property will be transferred as specified in the agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through negotiation or mediation before resorting to legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability:  Equartis Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
11. Amendments: These terms and conditions are subject to change. Any updates or amendments will be communicated to you in writing.
12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of our Jurisdiction. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of our Jurisdiction.
